A Way to Alleviate Stress And Panic Fit Tension

By Dyan Stacer

Psychological well-being is giant in the media at the moment. Campaigns abound to raise our awareness and famous people talk regularly about stress, depression and panic attack derealization hysteria and the devastating effects they have had on their personal, work and family life.

Actually, one recent article claimed that almost 1/2 of Australians are have or had a little form of mental sickness. Why, as the mavens agree, are 75% of us stressed out? Why are our lives so busy and what are we getting out of it? How do we live with this building up of pressure within us without exploding? How will we find the balance between achieving our goals and relaxing into the present moment? Awfully huge questions. Clearly, mental contentment doesn't just occur. We would like to work on it. Daily. This can sound like a huge ask but the alternative is rather disturbing. As more of us become acutely aware of our high stress level and how it can negatively impact our health and relations, more of us look for answers. One choice is to turn to the pros, say we are sorrowful and be prescribed powerful mind-altering medicine that might or may not address the symptoms and ignores the cause. Understand more about anxiety blog.

We might be given a diagnosis and be told we have "panic attack derealization anxiety" or "post-natal depression". We may see a therapist long term who listens, we may talk about our infancy and analyse our feelings and thoughts. The medical model is meant to focus minutely on what's wrong - a selected neurotransmitter, a selected behaviour, a diagnosis or a collection of events that occurred when we were young.

An excursion down this simply reachable trail has definitely saved many lives but has enabled many to remain stuck with no direct relief from their pessimistic feelings.

Another choice we might be interested in is the trail of healing, of spirituality, of preventative drugs, crystals, channeled entities, re-birthing and reincarnation. Veganism, sorcery, mantras and 7th dimensions require us to be open with a child-like curiosity about the world and the way energy works. This trail concentrates on what's right - on the perfection of what's happened inside the individual. The sole problem is, rainbows and dolphins are not taken too seriously by conventional thought in psychological well-being and medication. So, what's another option? Maybe eventually the sole one that counts. The one that each individual selects for himself with no regard for sex, background, culture, religion, education and life experience. A trail that isn't exclusive, that demands no bias or preconceived concepts or experience of anything particularly. A trail that welcomes fifty 5 year old Bosses who drive BMWs, the fear locked, vegetarian hippy from Byron and the person just living their life, doing what they do ; sleeping, eating, drinking, working, giggling, crying, playing and dying.

All this trail desires is the development of a private philosophy that might be practiced amid the chaos of our regular lives. A philosophy that fits our unique view of the planet and gives us something to hold on to when we need it most ; on occasions when we are actually stressed, have an intensely worried mind or are feeling blue and unable to join with anyone or anything around us.

A philosophy I have rigorously cultivated is "Anything that ever happens to me is for the best." This belief saw me thru determined worry, eating defects, relationship breakdowns, obsession, debt, economic failure and more. With consistent practice and time, I have developed a positive view of life, a method to feel better about where I am now, to accept change and to accept conflict and loss. Your own non-public philosophy exists outside of the medical model, religion and self-development practice. It exists only in you and you take it with you wherever you go and whatever you are doing. There's so much more, but this is where we start with stress relief for reality. What's your non-public philosophy? How has is it served you? Is it time to make a new one? - 29881

By Ai Qin Lee

More like breathing in a very smoky place. Others would tend to produce tons of sweat evident as drips on the forehead or wet clothing. Still others suddenly feel as if they cannot move a muscle of either their hands or their legs. The numbness seems to be evident as long as palpitation of heart beat is still present.

Knowing these signs is quite beneficial as these set the measures to be taken in order to help individuals with attacks. Also, getting familiar with the signs might possibly save one's face or prevent too much damage.

The abdominal pain that is typically seen with panic attacks can be very painful, and the lack of air that some people have make the lungs burn miserably. Some doctors actually tell panic attack patients "it's all in your head, nothing serious" in a dismissive manner and end up making the patient feel truly hopeless.

Panic attacks should be recognized as the genuine medical problem that they really are. With other medical issues, treatment may be as simple as taking the proper medication, but panic attacks just do not work that way. It is really important that panic attacks are not just handled on a case by case basis; It is best to prevent them entirely.

Learn How Boarding High Schools Can Help Your Child

By April Johnson

More and more parents are sending the children to boarding high schools, as the aim to best prepare them for life at college, university and beyond. With higher average grades, and a better focus on education too, it is not surprising there is such a shift.

It is not only in preparing children for study where these schools are beneficial however. Because of the dedication and all round development process they give, a child's respect for education is enhanced and taken away.

Lasting friendships too are often formed at boarding high schools, having been created in such a close knit and supportive environment. But more than this, whilst pupils will go to different universities, the contacts and networks created through this period will stay with them for a lifetime.

Selecting the right school is important though, and there are a lot of differences between them. Whilst there are traditional schools of course; many also focus on particular disciplines; in sport, the arts and academia. Whatever is best for your child, you can be sure the dedication to their development will be amongst the best available.

It is also worth noting that boarding high schools are in place to help with troublesome children. Whether this is down to nothing more than ill discipline, or for something more serious such as mental disorders and learning difficulties, there are options available for consideration.

Because of the range of schools that are available, it is important that you undertake adequate research, and ask questions to ensure the right decision is made for your child.

You should also make some time to speak with the head, and the faculty heads to ensure that they will be seeking the same aims and goals as you wish your child to reach for. The philosophy of the school will also be important of course, and where they are looking for the ongoing development of the institution.

These questions are so important, because of the way in which they are funded privately. Many have been set up with clear goals in mind, and work towards these above all else. And despite the academic record, they may not be suited to your own beliefs.

With studies showing that these boarding high schools are well above average in exam scores, it is likely this will not be a concern; but it is always worth checking the last five years; just to make sure they're still performing. - 29881
